We offer a 30-Day Quality Assurance Guarantee covering verified manufacturing defects.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement whenever applicable.


Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a replacement request:

  • The issue must be reported within 30 days of delivery

  • The product must not show signs of misuse, modification, accidental damage, or improper installation

  • Clear photo or video evidence must be provided

  • The product must remain substantially in its original condition

All claims are reviewed individually to ensure a fair and accurate resolution.


Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only issued in the following situations:

  • The item is confirmed defective and a replacement is unavailable

  • The order was canceled within the allowed modification window

  • The package is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and handling charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect shipping address is entered, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to update the shipping information.

Once shipped, LumeaSalt is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
