Returns

At LumeaSalt, each product is carefully inspected and quality-checked before shipment.

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact our support team and we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Due to the customized and limited-production nature of certain products, returns for change-of-mind purchases may not always be eligible once the order has been processed or shipped.

Customers are encouraged to review product specifications, sizing, compatibility, and product details carefully before placing an order.


30-Day Quality Assurance

We provide a 30-Day Quality Assurance Guarantee covering verified manufacturing defects or incorrect items.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@lumeasalt.com within 30 days of delivery.

Once the issue is verified, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.


Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a replacement request:

  • The issue must be reported within 30 days of delivery
  • The product must not show signs of misuse, modification, accidental damage, or improper installation
  • Clear photo or video evidence must be provided
  • The product must remain substantially in its original condition

All claims are reviewed individually to ensure a fair and accurate resolution.


Refunds If Applicable

Refunds are only issued in the following situations:

  • The item is confirmed defective and a replacement is unavailable
  • The order was canceled within the allowed modification window
  • The package is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and handling charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.

Compatible products may include complimentary digital resources, setup guides, and curated watch face experiences designed to enhance the overall product experience.

These resources may include compatible watch face layouts, setup patches, installation tutorials, synchronization guides, and private access pages.

These digital resources are provided as complimentary add-on content and are not sold separately.

Due to the nature of digital content delivery, all digital resources are non-refundable and non-returnable once delivered by email or accessed through the private download page.


Third-Party Software Disclaimer

Certain digital watch face experiences may require compatible third-party applications or software environments.

LumeaSalt is not affiliated with Apple Inc., Clockology, or any third-party application providers.

Compatibility and functionality may vary over time due to operating system updates, software changes, or third-party platform modifications beyond our control.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect shipping address is entered, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to update the shipping information.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery issues caused by incorrect address information may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
